The series is an old world romance set in the present time in a small city — Bhopal. Chintu is an innocent slightly overweight boy who is destined to get married at 23 like everyone in his large joint family which has thirteen members to be precise including him. Chinky succeeds in finding Chintu in the college. All the students were cheering for Chintu as he helped a student to solve his fees problem.
